General Which game has the best "Evil" faction?

I was just checking one old Warcraft III replay and honestly the Undead faction still has the craziest vibes I've ever seen in RTS. Everything about them looked wicked in a cool way . There are skeletons everywhere, creepy buildings, strange sounds, that’s evil energy. Even their music used to make my younger cousins uncomfortable back then.

Undead are cool, but for me nothing beats the Brotherhood of Nod from Red Alert and Command & Conquer. Those guys had the best villain. The speeches, the secret bases, the whole atmosphere was just different.
