General Which TBS game has the easiest way to learn what each unit ability does?

I was just playing one TBS yesterday night and I swear, the way they explain the unit abilities shocked me. No long story, just small icons that actually make sense. Unlike those ones that would drop textbooks on your head... Sometimes simplicity is everything.
