The Last of Us Season 2 is available on Max (in the US) and Sky/Now TV (in the UK). I absolutely buzzed off the first season and can't wait to wrap my eyes around season 2. Max have released a video covering the making of the first episode.

Are you a fan of the series? Word is that the first season flies very close to the game experience but season 2 diverges from that somewhat. Tell me what you think?

I really enjoyed the first season of The Last of Us, especially how close it stayed to the original story from The Last of Us. Season 2 adapting to The Last of Us Part II is going to be interesting though.

Adapting Part II is actually a delicate task because the fans are already used to the story. I replayed the game recently and I noticed that the emotional weight is going to be very hard to translate to the screen. But if showrunners could respect the source while making those smart changes for TV, it could land well.
