General Do you use hotkeys for everything, or do you click the icons?

I’ve been practicing hotkeys again and honestly people clicking icons manually in RTS are brave warriors . I used to be one of them until StarCraft humbled me badly. By the time I clicked three buildings, the enemy's army had already reached my base. Still, i wont lie, sometimes clicking icons feels satisfying especially after stressful workday. Hotkeys make you efficient but they also make gaming feel like office keyboard shortcuts.

I used to click everything manually and thought I was doing fine until I realised later. By the time I finished opening menus, my base was already under attack. That said, I still click icons sometimes when I'm relaxing. Hotkeys are efficient, but they make gaming feel like a chore sometimes.
